I'm not a runner...but LOVE the gum!
I'm on my feet all day, working. Around 2-4 each
day I hit a bit of a slump. I don't have time to stop for a coffee or tea,
but I can pop a piece of gum in my mouth, and in 5 minutes or so
have the energizing effects. It has certainly improved my day.
