One Free Pack Promotion Terms

Gold Medal, Inc DBA Run Gum., 5250 High Banks Rd Ste 630, Springfield, OR 97478, offer the One Free Pack Promotion ("Promotion") at our sole discretion, subject to change or discontinuation at any time, based on the terms and conditions set forth in these One Free Pack Promotion Terms ("Terms"):

1. Applications.  If you are a resident of the United States and you purchase one (1) Pack of Run Gum Energy Gum that was made by Run Gum from a retailer located in the United States, you can submit a request for reimbursement that includes a copy of one receipt for that purchase. The request for reimbursement must be completed within 14 days of such purchase and must be completed online at https://rungum.com/rebate If we approve the request for reimbursement, we will pay the retailer's actual sales price for one Pack (excluding taxes and fees, if any) to your Venmo or PayPal account.

2. Technical Requirements.  In order to participate in this Promotion, you must have a device, software, and connectivity to access the link where you can upload your receipt, and you must have a current, valid Venmo or PayPal account in your name. Receipts must not be older than 14 days from purchase and must display the following details: date, purchase time, name of the store, the total amount paid, and name of at least one Run Gum Energy Gum product. The uploaded image must be in PNG or JPG format. The uploaded image must be clear, readable, not blurry, out of focus, crumpled or wrinkled. The image must not have anything written on it, including any highlights or other markings. The image of the receipt must be captured from a close distance (not more than 25 centimeters/10 inches).

3. Limitations. Only U.S. residents may participate. Only one reimbursement per person. We do not reimburse sales taxes paid or other fees. We may change or discontinue this Promotion at any time, at our sole discretion. Consumers may only upload receipts for their own purchases (not of other persons).

4. Use of Information.  We may freely use any personal information that you submit - or that your device automatically provides via cookies and tracking technologies - in the context of your reimbursement request to Run Gum. and our parent company, Gold Medal, Inc., for purposes of communicating with you about products and services that we, our affiliates and business partners offer, and to prevent fraud. 5. Legally Binding Arbitration, Choice of Law, Limitations of Liability, Disclaimers. In addition to these Terms, the Terms of Use for our website apply (see https://rungum.com/pages/terms-of-service), which include a choice of Oregon law, an arbitration clause, limitations of liability, warranty disclaimers, and compliance requirements. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Terms of Use.
