Mood Boost Bundle

Each piece of Run Gum contains 50 mg of caffeine, 20 mg of taurine, and B vitamins. A pouch contains two pieces which we call a standard “dose” of Run Gum.

There are many ways to use Run Gum depending on your own personal preferences. We suggest chewing one piece before a workout and one piece upon completion of the workout. Run Gum can also be used throughout the day for a fast and reliable boost of energy.
