How We Run: Deliver a Winning Service

One of the first things you see when you step into our warehouse is a poster that reads “Remember, your customers pay your salary.”

A daily reminder to all of us that our customers are the most important part of our business, hands down. Every step we take as a company is to make sure our customers are happy and satisfied the best they can be. 

I’m Alex, I’m the Customer Engagement Specialist here at Run Gum, and keeping our customers happy and engaged is what I do all day, every day; and I take pride in making sure every experience with us is unique, positive, and affirming. If you’ve ever emailed us to change a subscription, ask a question, or just say hi; you’ve probably seen my name at the bottom of the reply! 

We take measures at all steps in your experience with us to make it known that you are important to us, and most importantly, that we are grateful for each and every one of you. That comes from both the action and reaction end of our business! 

I spend half of my day answering questions and concerns about orders and subscriptions, making sure you all get the fastest response and quickest solution possible! Each and every order from first time trial packs to long term subscribers is carefully hand packed with gratitude right here in our Eugene, Oregon warehouse. 

The second half of my day is getting out there and engaging with all of you! We love to see how you use Run Gum on social media, and try our best to personally thank each and every one of our customers that engages with us. Oftentimes you guys bring us on a journey with you: from showcasing your run for the day to how you use Run Gum in the workplace / traveling / etc! That has to be one of my favorite parts- seeing the joy it brings all of you and how you choose to Run The Day! 

Delivering award winning service doesn’t come from automated responses and pushy tactics, it comes from a deep source of thankfulness and empathy for the brand and lifestyle we’ve created here. But don’t just take my word for it! 

Every person on our small team is customer centric; with Nick hand signing each one of our variety packs, our marketing team that carefully curates cutting edge and engaging content to get involved with our followers, the sales team that works around the clock to make sure Run Gum is available nationwide and represented in a way that makes us proud to be Running The Day with all of you.
