Carl Maynard is a husband, an Air Force Veteran with two tours in Afghanistan and founder of the Walk With Locals project, based in Washington DC - A photo community launched in 2016, hosting monthly photo walks and events around DC and the Mid-Atlantic area. A photographer & community organizer, as well as an avid runner. He lives by the mindset of “everyone should know everyone” and believes in being an ambassador for his city and community.
