The Importance of Having an Outlet in Life
Jessica is a Wife, Mom of two boys (8 and 4), Senior Account Executive, Influencer and Run Gum Ambassador. This woman does it all and has mastered maximizing her busy days. She started running in 2015 after saying that she would never be able to run due to asthma. She was overwhelmed with work and parenting that she needed an outlet. Jessica had no idea how much running would change her life. She has used running as a way to better herself in all areas of life.
Since she started running in 2015 she has gone on to run 2 full marathons and countless half marathons and other distance races. To fit training into her busy schedule her alarm clock goes off every morning at 3:30am. Jessica is a real life wonder woman accomplishing so much in her life.
In this episode, Nick and Jessica discuss the importance of having an outlet in life, balancing being a working mom and her upcoming goal of qualifying for the Boston Marathon.
