WHAT MOTIVATES YOU //
My family is my motivation, we’ve been through so much so I have to make sure these hard times come to an end. Also my desire to be the best I can be to help my team because I can control that. I have no excuse not to pursue that with an outrageous effort to help myself get off my spot each and every day, that in turn helps my team achieve our goal of Competitive Greatness.
HOW DO YOU "RUN THE DAY?" //
You either get better or get worse. That goes for every aspect of your life so each day I’m trying to improve no matter what I’m doing, efficiency is key.
