The Importance of Enjoying the Process

JT Barnett is a professional hockey player, health advocate, music producer, visual artist, and is the Founder/Creator of the ‘CURIOUS With JT Barnett’ Podcast which is available on iTunes and Youtube where he speaks alone and with other high-level individuals in their respective fields about day-to-day life, culture, society, athletics, art, and spirituality.

JT grew up with hockey in his blood, from his dad playing professional along with being Wayne Gretzky's agent there was no doubt that he would pursue hockey.  At the young age of 16, he started playing in the WHL so he made the move to Vancouver, Canada.  JT spent almost the next decade playing professional across not only the United States but the world in Russia, France, and Sweden before retiring in early 2018.

At this time, JT is currently finalizing production of his own training/diet/meditation programs for young to elite level athletes and working individuals, and in his spare time assists in coaching the youth program with the LA Jr Kings organization.

In this episode, Nick and JT discuss the importance of enjoying the process, the adversity faced as a professional athlete, creating a podcast and more!
