Position at Run Gum: Customer Experience and Logistics Manager
Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I am 26 years old, from a little town called Myrtle Creek in Oregon. I studied computer science and ran track and cross country at Eastern Oregon University. Now, I run post-collegiately for Team Run Eugene. Fun fact: I was a four sport athlete in high school: cross country, football, wrestling and track!
If you could describe yourself in three words, what would they be?
Caring, motivated, and mysterious.
What do you like best about working at Run Gum?
I like that I am given independence with my work and I am able to do my own thing. One of my favorite things is chillin’ down in the warehouse and listening to my music. Also, Run Gum allows me to train full time and provides a great amount of flexibility. The people here are great - we’ve got a little Run Squad-Family going on.
What is your favorite pillar from #HowWeRun?
Do More with Less. I think it really embodies what our company is doing. We are a small company that acts like we are a multi-million dollar brand. We don’t have many employees and take on multiple rolls all at one time.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
I like playing the piano and guitar. Running and lifting are also a huge part of my life. In my free time I enjoy watching cooking videos on YouTube.
Favorite flavor of Run Gum?
Favorite artist or song at the moment.
Favorite artist is Michael Jackson. Favorite song at the moment is Caroline by Aminé.
“Trial of miles, miles of trials.” - Quenton Cassidy, Once a Runner.
Anything else you would like to share?
Overall I am thankful that Run Gum gave me the opportunity to work my way up within the company and makes time to invest in my interests, like training, as well!
